WBC ABCO straweight champion Pigmy Kokiet Gym has successfully defended his title with a unanimous points decision at Phang Nga.

Indonesia boxer Johan Wayudi pushed Pigmy but the champion was able to finish stronger to win the hard fought contest.

The event attracted a large crowd in Takao Pa - a province that has become a popular tourist area for Thais and foreigners.
