Napapol added to his championship aspirations with a convincing win over Indonesia's Adrainus Kaauni the WBC Asia Super Featherweight Interim title fight in Trang province, Thailand.

In front of a large boisterous crowd Napapol gained a KO victory over Kaauni shortly after the start of the fourth round. Kaauni was expected to improve going up a weight division but he found Napapol too tough being well seasoned as one of Asia's elite boxers.

Napapol landed many body punches with sharp combinationa aimed at the challenger's face.

Former world champion Veerapol participated in the under card bout and his presence aroused a lot of enthusiasm from his many fans.

Also on the undercard Thong Por Chokchai had to do little and easily outclassed his challenger.

The event was supported Khun Chalee Kang-Im, mayor of Trang as the host of the event.
