WBC Asia champion Yodkhunphol Nakornluang has defended his batamweight title with a points victory over Indonesian challenger Alex Boxi .

This was the Yodkunpol's second title defense and he dominated in every round.

While the Thai champion would have preferred that the defence did not go the full distance his opponent Boxi showed courage and determination to keep his championships hopes alive in every round.

Boxi finished each round with a flurry indicating that he was stronger than Yodkhunpol who showed his talent as genuine champion by winning stylishly on points.

Veeraphol a his warm up fight over Singo Kinaro from Jakarta with a TKO decision in round four, displaying a classic straight punch at his chin that followed a combination of punches.
