1. The objective
The objective of these rules and regulations are defined for operate about championship match and defense the title of Asian Boxing Council, including the minor regulations.
2. Regulation for Champion match of ABCO
2.1 The title that doesn’t have a champion.
The Boxers in a 1-6 ranking in that title which have been ranked by the official ranking committee, a promoter can make a request to attend the compete and will be approved by the official ranking committee.
2.2 Boxer in a title from a different weight and also has an appropriate ranking according form 2.1, has been request by the promoter to attend the bout and has been approved by the official ranking committee.
3. A Champion of ABCO must have a voluntary defend the title once or twice at least a year resulting from final elimination content involving
3.1 A contender must be in a 1-10 ranking in the same title.
3.2 A contender may be in a 1-15 ranking in the same title however this should be under the consideration of the executive committee.
3.3 A contender in a 1-10 ranking in the different title can attend the bout however this should be under the consideration of the executive committee.
3.4 A former champion can be a main challenger however this should be under the consideration of the executive committee.
3.5 A champion of a different organization can be a challenger however this should be under the consideration of the executive committee.
4. Defense the title.
4.1 The champion of each weight must plan to defend the title within 6 months since the day he won the title. When it expired but did not defend the title yet, the executive committee shall send a warning letter to the champion’s manager or promoter to remind about the defense title which will extend for another 3 months since the day that the warning letter has been sent.
4.2 In case of 4.1, the champion may have a necessary reason and can not defend the title within a due date because of sickness or have an appropriate reason; this will be the consideration of the executive committee.
4.3 According from 4.2, the executive committee that keeps this rules and regulations shall have a verbal writing which is
4.3.1 When it has been 9 months, the champion must defend the title with the provisional champion and shall make an agreement between competitive supervisors.
4.3.2 The champion that can not defend the title shall been dismissed and the executive committee shall promote the provisional champion to be the champion which according from 4.1
4.3.3 The provisional champion can defend the provisional title in the same time of the champion. (While not received an announcement to be champion)
5. A boxer that has been punished by the law both of light and critical punishment.
In case of the final judgment is imprison the boxer, the executive committee must dismiss that person from the championship title.
6. A boxer that holds the championship title from another organization.
The boxer can hold that title but has to defend the title according from these rules and regulations.
7. A boxer that holds the championship title from a different weight.
The champion from a different weight must choose only one weight though a manager or promoter decides which one and announces in a verbal writing within 30 days since the day he received the latest championship position.

8. The champion that fights outside.
The champion that wants to fight outside must informs to the organization, before getting to the fight.
The champion that fights outside in the same weight, holds the championship title but loses by TKO, KO or Disqualified shall been dismissed the champion too.
9. Defense of the mandatory fight.
A champion of ABCO must defend the mandatory fight against a challenger at least 1 time per year which according from,
9.1 A champion must defend the title against the number 1 challenger in the same title.
9.2 A champion must defend the title against an appropriate challenger who has been prescribed by the executive committee.
9.3 In case of the vacant title, the executive committee shall find an appropriate contender to fight for the vacant title.
9.4 The executive committee may reserve the right and provide a return match after considering that there is a problem about the championship bout or receive a complaint and the executive committee agrees.
9.5 If a champion or challenger waives, the executive committee may considerate and name an appropriate boxer to be the champion.
