Thailand’s Petch CPF successfully defended his WBC Asia Bantamweight Championship, earning a sixth-round Technical Decision victory over Filipino challenger Mark Antonio in the main event of today’s Diamond Promotion event in Bangkok, Thailand.
The contest was competitive and intense from the opening bell, with both fighters engaging in sharp exchanges and tactical movement. Petch CPF demonstrated composure and ring control throughout the bout, effectively utilizing his timing and accuracy to edge ahead on the scorecards.

Midway through round six, the fight took an unfortunate turn when an accidental clash of heads resulted in a severe cut over Petch CPF’s left eye. After ringside examination, the referee determined that the bout could not safely continue, bringing the contest to a halt.
With the required number of rounds completed, the outcome was determined by the judges’ scorecards. At the time of the stoppage, all three judges had the bout scored 59–55 in favor of the Thai champion, awarding Petch CPF the victory by Technical Decision.
