April 25, 2025 — Today, an important milestone was marked at the Royal Thai Embassy in Mexico City with the official press conference launching the 1st WBC MuayThai Convention and the 63rd WBC Annual Convention, both set to take place in Bangkok, Thailand, from November 30 to December 5, 2025.

The event was hosted by H.E. Ambassador Rooge Thammongkol, WBC President Mauricio Sulaiman, and Major General Thanapol Bhakdibhumi, each of whom served as keynote speakers.
