Tuesday, August 24, 2021: Punch Boxing promotions return to action on Friday, September 3, in the Indian city of Greater Noida, with a behind closed doors event, set to take place at the opulent Crowne Plaza Hotel.

The main event for the show will feature Sagar Narwat taking on Rahul Kumar for the vacant WBC Asian Boxing Council Continental super-welterweight title.

27-year old Narwat, with twelve wins, one loss, and one draw in his pro career, goes into the regional title showdown on the back of three wins in a row, while Kumar, at 29, holds a pro record of seven wins, four draws and one draw since turning to the pro ranks in 2018.

The entire WBC Asian Boxing Council team wishes the boxers, their teams, and the Punch Boxing promotion team the best of luck for a safe and successful show.

The Indian Boxing Council sanctions the event with nine fights on the show, held under strict COVID-19 protocols with no fans in attendance.
