Friday, September 3, 2021: The Punch Boxing promotions hosted a sensational night of regional boxing action earlier this evening in the Indian city of Greater Noida.
The show featured nine professional boxing contests, with the showpiece encounter pitting two of India’s rising super-welterweight talents against each other for the right to claim the vacant WBC Asian Boxing Council Continental super-welterweight title.
Before the opening bell rang, Sagar Narwat stood across the ring from Rahul Kumar with a limited audience set to witness the former take home the green & gold regional WBC glory.
It was his night, Sagar shone brightest; he outworked, outboxed, and outmaneuvered his willing opponent to seal a unanimous points victory.
